Jared Rutherford has been a real estate consultant in the Tampa area for nearly 12 years, he finds great pleasure, year after year, from helping people make their dreams come true. In fact, putting smiles on other people’s faces seems to be an underlying theme in both his real estate practice and in spare-time activities. The majority of his clients come through referrals from past clients which is the highest compliment and definition of his service. Jared leads the Buyer Division at Rutherford Realty Group.

Amber Rutherford, real estate consultant, has a high-level of post-bachelor’s education, public speaking and service. Amber has served the Tampa Bay area as a teacher, elementary school administrator, March of Dimes Ambassador, St. Joseph’s Hospital Spokeswoman, Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University Instructor, Published Author and the Lead Listing Agent for Rutherford Realty Group. As a result of her successful career in leading organizations and clear communication, Amber is an extremely successful negotiator.

Anna Montes oversees the Operations of Rutherford Realty Group. Her specialty is reviewing processes and procedures to ensure that both our clients and our agents continually have an unreal experience. Anna holds a bachelor's degree from Clarks Summit University and has been working in business operations for the past 9 years. She strives to exceed expectations of all of our clients and staff on a daily basis. Outside of work, Anna loves spending time with her family, fitness and being involved in her local church ministry.

Shay Hall works as our transaction manager and handles all aspects from contract to closing. Shay grew up in rural Kansas and received her bachelors degree from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, IA where she was a member of the cross-country team. She also attended the University of Texas where she received her Masters degree.

Sarah Shuler Coughlin has over ten years of experience staging. She has acquired creative skills to take our listings from typical to unique and desirable. She is honest, sincere, and her approachable personality will offer suggestions and achievable solutions for adding curb appeal and room designs that will get results. She uses client’s existing furniture and accessories to increase the positive flow and energy in the home.


Tiffany is a Central Florida native. Born in Plantation, FL and raised in Clermont, FL, she grew up with a father who is a custom home builder, a mother who is also a licensed Realtor and a step mother who owns a Title Company. Needless to say, real estate is in her blood. 

She has been operating in Real Estate for the last 5 years, working her way up the ladder from Executive Assistant to a Director of Training for Admin and Operations all over the US. She has a heart of gold and passionate about serving others.

Chris Campana is a Florida Native. He’s originally from Vero Beach and has lived in Florida his entire life. Chris is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned B.S. degrees in both Applied Economics and Hospitality Management. During his time at Florida State, Chris spent six weeks studying international business in Valencia, Spain. He held executive positions with the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity at FSU. Prior to Premier Sotheby’s in South Tampa, Chris held an operational position with a highly successful restaurant management company in Miami, FL. He also served as an assistant to Justin Winter, the owner of Justin Winter Sotheby’s International Realty in Salem, SC before joining the South Tampa location. Chris is a golf enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.  He believes that his financial knowledge, customer service, and experience with technology are a great combination for offering his clients the best experience.

Chris Campana - Buyer Specialist

Brooke Boyette, Realtor, was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Her greatest goal is to meet her clients’ needs in the shortest amount of time and by negotiating the best deal possible. She is a graduate of the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. Prior to joining Rutherford Realty Group, Brooke worked at Franklin Templeton Investments as an Internal Wholesaler. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family exploring the outdoors.
