Meaghan Easters joined the team in the Fall of 2016. She previously worked as an Executive Assistant at Buddy Brew Coffee. She has also worked in Procurement and Purchasing at The Fechtel Company, a multi-million custom home builder in Tampa. In her work experience, Meaghan has grown to love organization and marketing as well as the back end of the real estate process. Her focus is in marketing listings and giving our sellers an incredible experience. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, finding new coffee shops, going on outdoor adventures, and volunteering in the community.
Cindi Benton was born and raised in Florida and has called West Central Florida her home for 15 years. The perfect opportunity to pursue her dream of real estate came to be when she joined Rutherford Realty Group in 2015 as a showing specialist. Shay Hall works as our transaction manager and handles all aspects from contract to closing. Shay grew up in rural Kansas and received her bachelors degree from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, IA where she was a member of the cross-country team. She also attended the University of Texas where she received her Masters degree.

Sarah Shuler Coughlin has over ten years of experience staging. She has acquired creative skills to take our listings from typical to unique and desirable. She is honest, sincere, and her approachable personality will offer suggestions and achievable solutions for adding curb appeal and room designs that will get results. She uses client’s existing furniture and accessories to increase the positive flow and energy in the home.
